Return Policy & Process
We offer a hassle-free return process, subject to the following:
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
How to Return a Product:
Email our support team with your order number and reason for return.
Await return approval and follow the instructions provided.
Ship the item to the return address provided.
Once received and inspected, we will confirm your refund or exchange status.
Please do not send returns without prior authorization.
Cancellation Policy
Orders and subscriptions may be cancelled under the following conditions:
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase, if not yet processed or shipped.
Subscription cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next billing date.
To cancel, contact our support team or use the account dashboard if available.
A cancellation confirmation will be emailed once processed. Charges already billed are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
